Mounting Elmor's EV2SX controller to a Sapphire RX 5700 XT Pulse

Sorry if this Topic has been discussed before but I'm new to the forum.

I would like to mount Elmor's EV2SX controller to a Sapphire RX 5700 XT Pulse with a Bykski Water block. The 5700 XT Pulse has the I2C IR35217 module mounted to the back of the PCB; however, I do not see any J503 terminal around the PWM IR35217 Rectifier Module with the SDA, SCL and GND locations .

I am hoping if you or anyone one on this forum could help me find the locations on the PCB where to solder the open end cables to and which one to use.

Hi-RES PCB lay out can be found here at TechPowerUp: https://www.techpowerup.com/review/sapphire-radeon-rx-5700-xt-pulse/5.html

Voltage Controller:

I can only surmise that some of the holes around the PWM are where to solder pins or the cable ends but don't know where ?

IR 35217 Datasheet here: http://www.datenblatt-pdf.com/pinout/677656/IR3521-schematic.html

Platform: ASUS CH7 Hero, AMD 3700X, 32GB 4x8 T-Force B-Die at 3600Mhz Cl 16 1T, PSU either a XFX 1050 or EVGA 1300G2,
Display is a PIXO 27" Prime 7.

Thanks: Ron

PS: I've noticed that you often refer to the "DISCORD Channel" for Faster Help. I'm sorry as I do not know where that is.
Could you please supply a link to that channel

Hello Ron,

It looks to me like J4003 is an I2C header connected to the IR35217.

Thank you kindly Sir. I'm in the process of purchasing ElmorLabs EVC2SX ;o)

Cost me $102 CAD with a few options; but I can use it with other GPU's - I'm on a waiting list for an EVGA 3080 10GB and would not mind playing with an AMD 5900X on my X470 platform.

What really gets me with the CH7 X470 Hero is that I can do Raid-0 NMVe Gen3 (Gen4 ?) PCIe on the primary boot.

Just wish ASUS quit messing with Analog DOS boots Vs useless RGB volumes in their BIOS updates.

It's like your are forced to use a Win Boot (Like Macrium Reflect or Acronis)  Vs a 1.36 MB  DOS Ghost.EXE to back your satellite drives ;o(

Crap another $23.22 DHL Custom, Duty and Brokerage Fee's at the boarder ;o(

$102 + $23.22 ='s $125.22 CAD.

Canadians really get ripped off !

Just hope I get $125 of fun with it  - I still have to learn how to use it - Providing I ever get it ;o)

That sucks, sorry but customs is what it is in each country. I can recommend joining Discord, there's a healthy community there that you can learn from https://discord.gg/PAdmwxE

Received the package today, rather fast delivery considering, Looking forward to playing with your equipment and software noting that the Sapphire RX 5700 XT Pulse doesn't have much room for OC's - Gotta a lot to learn and will not doubt participate more in your Discord Forum given time.

Thanks Elmore ;o)

PS: I can beat the RTX 2080 in Fire Strike just using AMD Software. Promising Card I got ;o)

FIRESTRIKE EXTREME (Beat the RTX 2080 ;o)

CL 14 3200 Mhz - Score: 13231 Graphics: 14312 Physics: 23652 Combined: 5932 FPS=100+

CL 16 3600 Mhz - Score: 13485 Graphics: 14577 Physics: 24159 Combined: 6063 FPS=100+

Sure I can  boost my Samsung B-Die hire but does it really matter ?

Going after the RTX 2080 Ti with this remarkable AMD 5700XT ;o)

Great, let me know if you need any support getting the EVC2SX up and running with your card.
