Order not received

The package tracking service tells me that my package has been delivered but I did not receive anything. Also it says: "Self pickup at an agreed place is confirmed with the consignee..." and that did not happen either.

Tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t get it. Likely marked as pickup by mistake.

Check if it’s at a pickup point, then:

  • Contact SF Express with tracking ID.
  • Contact the seller/platform to open a “not received” case.
  • Save tracking proof for refund/dispute.
